Start from Rifugio Garda, head towards the village of Biacesa and spend the night at the Bivacco Arcioni. The mild climate of Lake Garda makes itself felt along the way. Bocca Caset is one of the alpine crossing used by migrant birds in the autumn. During the First World War, some clashes between the Austrians and the Italians took place at Passo Nota, where an Italian military cemetery can still be seen.
