The path is signed with the descriptions of “Sentiero naturalistico di fondovalle della Val Concei”. It starts from the area named Ciuco, where there is the football field of Lenzumo and continues along the route beside the torrent. Following the track in the wood you have to overcome a little bridge, taking to the right, to reach Chinaec, where there is the cross country ski slope in winter. You continue on the right until the end of the small valley, to Perigol, where it is set an ancient “calchera” and a space for pic nic and return until Palò, where there are a sequence of barns. Continuing on the right, you proceed along the torrent until Rifugio al Faggio. From the Rifugio you can come back along the same way or run on the asphalt road until the bridge Ponte dei Carri, where you take again the dirth path in the wood along the torrent, until the starting point.
