All dishes found in the menu are made with our farm products and from the nearly territory. You can enjoy it in the peace and tranquility of the beautiful Ledro Valley. To welcome you will find a rich and vary menu that will satisfy every gourmet eater.
Be sure to reserve our specialty: polenta made with Storo flour. The dish, as tradition, is cooked on wood stove in a copper cauldron, served with veal stew, roasted rabbit or goat or hunted game. Perfect side dishes are mushrooms, sauerkraut or "peverà di pane".
During summer is it possible to eat on outdoor tables, breathing the scented mountain air.
