Valle di Ledro is een waar paradijs voor MTB-enthousiasten, met meer dan 200 km aan gemarkeerde routes, trails en oude ezelspaden die zowel geschikt zijn voor de beginner als voor degenen die zoeken naar die ultieme adrenalinestoot.

De klim naar Monte Tremalzo is een verplicht nummer voor elke fietsliefhebber. De klim kan worden gedaan via verharde lokale wegen die beginnen in Lago d'Ampola en rechtstreeks naar de pas leiden. Er kan echter ook gekozen worden voor een groot aantal trails die deels verhard zijn en deels onverhard en die vanuit de vallei lopen naar de militaire wegen die werden gebouwd door de Italiaanse troepen tijdens de Eerste Wereldoorlog en die gesitueerd zijn aan de zuidzijde van het Valle di Ledro. Andere opties zijn de klim vanuit Prè-Leano naar Passo Guil, en van Molina naar de Passo Nota. Deze routes kunnen in beide richtingen worden gereden. De route die naar beneden loopt van Caset via een zeer smal bospad naar het dal wordt alleen aanbevolen als afdaling.
De trail die loopt via Passo Trat naar Rifugio Nino Pernici is één van de fraaiere routes aan de noordzijde van de vallei. De klim vanuit Lenzumo loopt over een steile bergweg omhoog. Na een lekkere verfrissing in de Rifugio kan er langs twee goede bergpaden worden afgedaald naar Valle di Ledro. Een alternatieve route loopt terug naar Riva del Garda.
Een fietspad dat loopt van Lago di Garda tot aan de Val d'Ampola. Vanaf Riva neem je de beroemde Ponaleweg via de tunnels omhoog. Dit is echt een verplicht nummer voor zowel fietsers als wandelaars vanwege de unieke uitzichten over het Gardameer. Aan het eindpunt van de Strada del Ponale adviseren we je om het fietsen op de hoofdweg te vermijden vanwege het drukke verkeer. Neem daarom zodra je op de hoofdweg bent (vlakbij de autotunnel) na een paar honderd meter de afslag links over de brug richting Pregasina. Daarna direct na de brug rechtsaf het fietspad op richting het dorp Prè. De route loopt door het dorp en voorbij de kerk vanaf waar het pad vrijwel geheel verhard is. Het gaat echter hier en daar steil omhoog maar het is een veel beter alternatief dan de drukke verkeersweg naar Molina. Als je de sportvelden aan de onderkant van Molina di Ledro hebt bereikt, rijd je langs de Ponalerivier. Vanaf Molina kun je kiezen tussen de hoofdweg of de alternatieve route aan de zuidzijde van het meer tot aan Pieve di Ledro. Van Pieve rijden we links van de hoofdweg tot voorbij Bezzecca en dan verder via de aangeduide fiets- en wandelpaden en de openbare weg richting Tiarno di Sopra.
A new bike area formed by a mountain bike circuit that connects the territories of Valle di Ledro, Lake Garda, Monte Baldo and Monte Bondone, which may also be broken up into separate itineraries. The total length of this new circuit is approx. 200 km, 50% of it on dirt tracks, with a total ascent of 10,000 m. Each area also has 2 trails or alternative routes for all mountain or downhill bikes. Moreover bike friendly accommodation.
Many accommodation have bike at disposal of their guests, otherwise you can rent a bike or mtb.
