the typical Menu Ledro, in Spring, in Autumn.
NEWS 2011: CZECH MENU TO TASTE THE CZECH INFLUENCE IN THE FOOD OF LEDRO
Menu Ledro are prepared with local and regional products
Menu Ledro is an initiative promoted by the Tourist Board Valle di Ledro together with some restaurants and the region Trentino in order to let our guests discover the flavors of our cuisine and the dishes prepared by our chefs using local products.
Restaurateurs who join, have to submit to a regulation that assures a homely and quality cooking, in addition to the use of products of Valle di Ledro and Trentino.
There are three different variants of Menu Ledro, that are proposed in three distinct periods of the year: the protagonists of the Spring Menu are the herbs; Autumn is the time of the products of the wood. Finally, at the end of October, we intend to underline the strong connection between Valle di Ledro and Bohemia, proposing Bohemian dishes that became part of our culinary tradition from the postwar period.
Chose Menu Ledro and receive a small gift “Made in Ledro”
The menus are available both for lunch and for dinner on Saturday and on Sunday and include the dishes in the menu, water, coffee and liqueur. Wine and other drinks are extra to pay.
Reservation is welcome.
Beside the menu there are special offers to spend a weekend in Val di Ledro (price per person in double room, include dinner with Ledro Menu, overnight and breakfast).
