GUESTHOUSE LEDRO is a new residence, situated in Locca, only 900 mt from Lake Ledro:

it consists of 6 apartments, all of them are renovated and furnished in very good taste, following the local tradition (wood and stones). In each apartments you can find all the comfort you need, a dishwasher, the washmachine, the hoover, etc. 

The House has a panoramic garden, with a barbecue and a little play ground for children, tables and chiars and a swimmingpool for children (4x6m 90cm high). The garden is surrounded by a fence.

Two apartments, at the ground floor, are particulary advisable for senior or disabled people.

APARTMENT ON LAKE LEDRO Our new House on the lake of Ledro, in Località Pur, Via Europa n. 10, in Pieve di Ledro, is situated in a very quiet area behind the wood, approximately 300 meters from the lake and 10 minutes to walk from the town of Pieve di Ledro, there is 30 minutes to drive from Riva del Garda. We have one spacious apartment (ca. 80 mq) furnished with great attention to both comfort and style: the apartment include 2 bedrooms with 2 beds, separate living/dining room with sofa-bed for two people, with fireplace , TV sat, radio-CD, one kitchen area (includes all other necessary kitchen appliances, dishwasher), one bathroom with shower, terrace and garden with table and chairs and garage.
