 In the Ledro valley you can practice canyoning, a new sport which consists in the descent of waterfalls and gorges: a full immersion in the most hidden nature. In the Ledro valley there are two torrents, where you can do it and both are in the Ampola valley. One is the Palvico torrent, emissary of lake Ampola which descends to Storo. It is ideal for those who try canyoning for the first time because it is not too long and difficult. The other one is Rio Nero, which descends from Tremalzo.
