Torta de fregoloc

Ingredients:
- an egg
- 150 gr sugar
- 175 gr butter
- 250 flour
- 200 gr chopped almonds
- vanille and grated lemon rind
- one small glass rum.

Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients together in order to get a quite grainy pastry, spread it out on a baking-dish previously greased with butter. Cook the cake in a low heat oven until it has gained a beautiful colour. Let it cool and dust it with powder.
