Ingredients:
- onion
- olive oil
- breadcrumbs
- meat broth
- already boiled fresh salami
- plenty of ground pepper
- grated cheese
- bay leaves.

Preparation:
Chop the onion fairly small, roast it in olive oil together with the breadcrumbs, wet with broth and add the boiled salami and a lot of pepper. Cook it for about 2-3 hours on low heat. When the sauce with salami is well done add grated cheese and flavour. Eat this with mais-polenta.
