Ingredients:
- 30 gr of flour
- olive oil, butter
- smoked bacon
- 100 gr of potatoes
- 50 gr beans
- Grana Trentino cheese
- onion
- bay leaves
- salt and pepper.

Preparation:
Chop the onion very fine and cook it with the flour in olive oil and butter until golden brown (but not black). Peel the potatoes and cook them with the beans, smoked bacon and bay leaves in boiling water. Crumble the potatoes and half of the beans and add to the soup the roasted flour. Flavour with salt and pepper, add grated cheese, stir and cook the soup for some more minutes on low heat.
